By accessing and using PhysioFlow (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
PhysioFlow is a clinical management platform for physiotherapists and rehabilitation clinics. It provides tools for patient management, appointment scheduling, exercise programmes, digital consent forms, billing and a patient portal.
To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
As a healthcare professional, you are the data controller for your patients data in accordance with GDPR and applicable healthcare regulations. PhysioFlow acts as a data processor and provides appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect that data.
PhysioFlow offers monthly subscription plans. The first 15-day trial period is free. After the trial period, the chosen plan price will apply. You may cancel at any time from the Subscription section. No refunds are issued for partial periods except as required by law.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by PhysioFlow Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your patients clinical data belongs to you; PhysioFlow does not use it for commercial purposes.
PhysioFlow is a clinical management tool and does not replace the clinical judgement of the healthcare professional. AI-generated recommendations are advisory and must be reviewed by the therapist. PhysioFlow is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on the platform.
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
